Verry slow Download Speed - Network Statistics

I updated my network connection speed from 20Mbit/s to 60Mbit/s. On laptop and other devices i got rock stedy 60Mbit/s but on x360. Maximum what i can get is 20Mbit/s. I checked 2 different consoles, checked 5 different ethernet cables, ports 53,80,88,3074
are open. Did all what they told me via online support. And there is still the same issue. Im from poland, and i wrote toppic on unoficial polish xbox 360 forum. Lots of people there replay to me that this is MS politics, to cut maximum download speed for
us. Tons of people got speed 5-10Mbit/s even on 120Mbit/s internet speed. When i wasy buying x360 noone told me that i wont be able to use full speed of my connection, also there is no info in guide of x360. So MS will u return my money for ur console !! ?!?!?!!

Downloading digital games

Tried to link a image but couldn't. So anyone else having slow time downloading games, here's my network statistics from the settings page on my Xbox One

Download speed 120.38Mbps Latency 63ms

Upload speed 23.38Mbps

Packet loss 0%

MTU 1480

 

download speed not the same as the detailed network statistics

So i just moved and we got our internet moved here and when i go into the detailed network statistics it says that I have a 530 Mbps download speed but when i download a game, the download speed averages a 200 Mbps. why is the download speed so much lower
then when i did the detailed network statistics?

 

I'm experiencing the exact same problem with my 360. I can run speedtests on any other device on my network and consistently pull ~35mbsp download/~5mbps upload. When I use the "network statistics" tool on my 360, my download speed never exceeds 10Mbps
(the upload speed does not seem to be affected). The download speed remains low regardless of whether I connect my xbox via ethernet or wifi. I've spent way too much time trying to fix this with no luck.

 

Why other servers gave us full speed of download ?? Steam, Orgin ... but no MS with his Live on Xbox 360 wont let us to use our internet full speed. Why noone didnt told me that i wont have full speed on my console, why there is no info in manual ??

 

You nailed it in your post. 360 users are no longer on priority, despite paying for service. 20-25 Mbit is the highest you're going to get. Honestly there's no reason to have it any higher, and download speeds are going to be about 5 Mbit at best (from what
I'm getting anyway). It is ridiculous but there's nothing you can do. There's no fixing it, there's no changing it. It's just the way it is. Xbox One is the future I guess.
