Hallo zusammen ,

ich habe möglicherweise ein größeres Problem. Ich habe gestern meine Xbox-One Konsole zurückgesetzt (mit Apps und Spiele behalten). Dann wollte ich mich einloggen, aber mein alter Xbox-Live-Account wurde nicht mehr erkannt und stattdessen ein neuer Account
erstellt (aber mit der alten Emailadresse). Ich hab das erst zu spät erkannt. Ich habe einfach meinen bisherigen Gamertag angegeben und dann wurden 4 Zahlen hintenangehängt und schon hatte ich einen neuen Account

Ist es möglich meinen alten Xbox-Live-Account wiederherzustellen? Freunde haben meinen alten Account noch in ihrer Freundesliste und es werden auch noch Screenshots etc angezeigt. Das würde für mich bedeuten, dass der Account noch vorhanden ist. Nur hab
ich keinen Plan, wie ich darauf zugreifen kann. Meine Anmeldedaten haben sich ja nicht geändert, aber wenn ich diese eingebe, werde ich nur zu dem neuen Account geleitet.

Des Weiteren wird auch mein Xbox-Live-Abo, welches noch 2 Monate laufen sollte, nicht mehr angezeigt.

Ich bin gerade etwas ratlos.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand when you signed in had a different account. We recommend to check the emails. Sounds like a different email was used for your original account. Best way is to try a few emails on the
account website. Remember sometimes when creating an account if you pick "get me a new email" it will put @outlook on it. Let us know how it goes,

I'm afraid you cannot. You can cancel your Game Pass subscription and then start up an Xbox Live Gold subscription. You can do this via the
Microsoft Account website or by contacting
Xbox Live Support and selecting "Billing". Decline the virtual agent, and you will get other options.
