Verlopen van saldo xbox live

Hello,

I have just used the xbox chat and they redirected me here.

I have gotten a mail today that 142 euro in my wallet is about to expire (within the next month), this due it being "promotional" when my points were changed to euro.

I have added a nice amount to my account because the xbox One at that time was coming out in Belgium in november 2013. It was delayed howerever later that year. So now this big amount is going to expire because I can't use it. Please give me time untill the
Xbox one comes out so I can use it? (I already imported my xbox but I can't reach my wallet yet)
