Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you bought the wrong pack. You would need to fill out the

refund request for the starter, then purchase the master. As there is no way to swap them. If unable to fill out the request you can request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support!

All you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!
After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

Then, you can purchase the right version of the game!

This seems to work, I've just opted for the refund. I hope my request will be approved, meanwhile I'm installing the Java version on our PC.

It may be a good idea to add explaination about the two versions is the Microsoft store? It will help preventing future mispurchases
