    verizon wifi 890l not working since latest patch for xbox 360 console


    I had no problems with the hotspot before the latest update but now since i downloaded it i cannot use it to download updates or DLC. I don't care about playing online or anything but my xbox takes it upon itself to disconnect every time i try to connect
    to my profile and download game content. It also doesn't help that I cannot download the DLCs or updates through my pc and port them over to my xbox. Also the problem apparently is a strict NAT but whenever I am not signed in or whenever I am in a game it
    has no problem connecting. I know for a fact that this is a problem because of your programing because why would there be no problems when not signed in or while in game. I also know that if I used the hotspot with my brothers PS4 or PS3 that it can connect
    without any problems caused by a strict NAT, so this is a problem caused by your new systems on the 360 console.

    P.S. I am EXTREMELY DISATISSFIED with your systems anymore Microsoft.

    Verizon jetpack 890L & Xbox360 wireless adaptor: message 'can not connect to wireless network'.

    I just got the Verizon jetpack 890L and Original Xbox360 sees the SSID name but will not connect any further, can I get some help on setting it up? Then added in Xbox IP - DNS and still not connecting. Help

    my xbox wont connect to my verizon wifi 890l i have been connect b4 playin call of duty a couple days ago but since i been tryin lately it wont connect automatically i try to connect but it still wont i go to try n test xbox live connection n it says there
    is a problem with your connection n i tried everything for the pass 2 hours but nothing i dont get it i was just playin on it a week ago and now it wont work

    I would suggest you contact Verizon Technical Support and ask them to open up Port 88 for UDP and port 3074 for UDP and TCP. The NAT problem is really ports blocked by the ISP or hotspot, and since Verizon administers that hotspot,
    they need to open up those ports.
