    Verizon Fios- zoomed in and distorted


    I recently moved and switched cable companies in the process.. I have now have verizon fios. At first I had no problem watching live tv, it was sharp and crisp looked great. However when selecting "on-demand" the picture was zoomed in and fuzzy, for both
    menus and programming. I did the online chat support, tried resetting settings, trying new hdmi chords, everything short of a factory reset. Now my live tv also is zoomed and fuzzy same as the on demand.

    When I plug the cable box directly into the tv, I have no issues at all with either live tv or on demand. May sound a bit lazy, but hell I got the xbox one so that it would be the center of my entertainment system and I would run everything thru it. Anyone
    have any suggestions??

    FiOS App listed on Xbox One site is MIA on the console.

    The FIOS app was just released today. You can read the headline here:

    You can also now find it on the App Store.

    Interesting...there is also rumor that Verizon is looking to launch a non-FiOS video streaming service to compete with Netflix and cable TV providers. And Verizon FiOS is suppose to have video service on Xbox soon.

    Quick update. My live tv is back to working great, nice and crisp, HD, no problems.

    "ON-DEMAND" menus and programming however are still zoomed in and distorted. Anyone have any idea why on-demand is affected and nothing else is?
