So here's the story: I buy a 360 S from GameStop and get halo anniversary and Ninja gaiden 3 I'm playing NG3 and I wanna play online mode and I get a message saying that my family settings is what is
preventing me from playing the game. I go to my parental settings and make sure it knows I'm a adult.I boot up the game and get the message again and I'm thinking what the hell?.later that week I get Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate.I update it same message but this
time it prevents me from playing the game all together but when I choose not to update other then online everything works.th at is
such bull that i have to do that! So I seek help. Turns out I have to verify my account and almost every time I submit my form he says the photos blurry then GET THIS I SUBMIT THE SAME PHOTO AND ALL OF A SUDDEN He says my account HAS BEEN VERIFYED!!!! What
the hell!? And now I'm stuck here as if that hole month of submitting the same photo over and over again was meaningless Please help me!!! Thanks

Verifying my account

I don't know if this is the right place to post this and to be honest after trying to find a place for almost 10 mins I don't really care anymore. I'm really trying to keep calm with this post but I am getting sick and tired of having to verify who I am
just because I want to play my game. Everytime it happens It stops accepting the two email addresses I use (which by the way is stupid I shouldn't have to use 2 e-mail addresses for this in this first place). So I have to make another one just so I can get
sent a 4 digit code to enter into my xbox so I can show you all I am who I am. This is getting ridiculous.

I have now been asked twice to do this in less than a week when I just wanted to play a game. This time it took almost 20 mins just to get my xbox live back up and Im so angry I don't even feel like playing the game anymore. How many e-mail addresses do I have
to make before you people are satisfied that I am who I am? Stop it already don't you see how insulting this is.

 

Verifying my account

It's likely Two Step Authentication that you have set up. Turn that off at
http://account.live.com under Security Info, and you shouldn't have this problem anymore.

I'm a bit confused about your account setup.

The Xbox 360 determines the "adultness" of an account from the birthdate that was entered when you created the account.

While you can verify your age on the Microsoft Live Service by sending in an ID or similar document proving your age, it does not change the birthdate or age on the Xbox account.

So if you have created your Xbox account with a birthdate that makes you a child or teen below the age of 18, then you will have to ask a parent with an adult account to add your account to their family at
Microsoft account | Your family

Then they will have to go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and sign in with their adult account.

They then choose your child account and make the necessary changes in the online and privacy settings.

After the settings are done, make sure you sign out and back in on your console for the changes to take effect.

If necessary, delete your profile from the console and re-download it again, to force the console to check your online and privacy settings properly.
