Verifying Digital Download Code

Is it possible to verify if a digital download code has been redeemed? I got a digital download code for COD AW but was given the actual physical game as well, that I want to keep. Is there a way to tell if the download code has been redeemed by someone
else?

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

Xbox Downloadable Games Coming to Retail.

gamestop offers in store purchases with digital download..

i am not 100% certin how it works.. if a code is attached to the game as a direct download or if gives you microsoft cash and you than buy the game...

either way as long as its purchased thru gamestop pre order you will get the codes for the exclusive content.. destiny for example i pre ordered it at gamestop and am getting the download version so i wont have to put a disk in but i still get the gear/guns that a pre order gets(comes as a code on receipt like normal)

If you go to redeem code, and type in the code, press start, it will come up with either "this code has been used", "The code is Invalid" or it will come up with information about what the code does, e.g. 12 months xbox live or in your case Call of duty
Advanced warfare, if it comes up with the information, then it hasn't been used, and as long as you exit before you select "confirm purchase" the code will still be Valid for Use.

Thanks for your help, I was worried that if the code was valid and I entered it, it would count as redeeming it when I didn't want to use it yet.
