    Hi, My son has been playing xbox now for a while, he has a child account, but the last 24 hours it has been asking him to verify his Microsoft ID, it gives me the option as a parent to do this for him by adding my Debit card details and paying 50 cents (even
    though i am in the UK) but i have added my card details and as soon as its been added and we try to get to the page to make the payment it loops back to verify your ID page again, it happens everytime he logs off, this is really annoying now as neither myself
    or my son can find out what to do. any help is appreciated thank you.

    microsoft live account not associated with xbox live account using the same email?

    I suggest you go through the steps in this guide to verify the e-mail connected to your xbox account. Hopefully this will help you out a bit.

    Just ran into this exact problem. This is my workaround: Go to a PC and sign into Live with the child's Microsoft ID. Then, the site will make you verify parental permission by signing in with an adult's Microsoft ID, then verifying with a 50 cent charge
    to a credit card. I was cussing by the end but it worked.

    Hello! I recommend to verify the Microsoft account that you are using and the Google ID/Apple ID.

    Because i friend put the wrong information and system dont allow to reg on the beta.

    By the way, answering the thing with your transaction ID, unfortunately nope.

    That's not possible, Microsoft support doesn't have a way to verify your ownership or close the account only with the transaction ID because it belongs to Mojang and they have their own system

    I have a similar error but was when i use Chrome, i try on edge and that work for me.

    So i recommend to try on a different browser and check you're using you Microsoft account that you use on Xbox Live.

    Also verify that you Google ID or Apple ID it's valid.
