Verify if the Xbox core controller is original

All Microsoft hardware and software are marked with a genuine symbol, whether it be software based or a holographic symbol.

Check the controller for words showing its genuine status, for the one controller there should be a sticker found on the back under the batteries cap.

Armoured core seems to have gone downhill .. So that's out of the window .. The new steel battalion seems cool for kinect!

The original was awesome with the giant controller

When I checked network it said there was an XBOX Core Services Issue. I'm trying to verify that it's an internal problem

Thanks for your quick reply! As I stated in my original posting, the headsets I have been using are aftermarket headsets, as well as the Xbox HyperX CloudX Stinger Core headset with two headphone cups. Also, we have tried both controllers and none of
the headsets work with either controller. Thanks for your help!

Typically, Xbox One controller, when the battery cover is removed, has written
Microsoft Corporation along with their address.
