Verify age problem

I have the same problem. I bought this xbox in korea but I transfered to Japan last 2012. I deleted my profile when I came here because I encountered some problems (I forgot already what the problem was) but then when I download my profile, error occurs
telling me to log-in to xbox.com to verify my age. When I log-in, sure there is a button to verify but after clicking, a new window opens in korean, downloading some software and requiring you to input details which I dont know because I cant understand korean.

To the Xbox support: Is there anyway I can bypass this korean way of verifying my age? Like a simpler way to input whatever just to verify my age. This problem is almost 2 yrs now. I dont know when this will be solved. I am so tired of seeing this problem.

Unfortunately, in Korea, you must sign in with your Korean ID. If you do not have one, there is no work around. (Except using a buddies as you stated originally.)

Have you tried to change the "Locale" to where your currently located? To do so follow these simple steps:

1) Press the guide button.

2) When the window with "Friends, Party, Messages, Beacons & Activity, and Chat" pops-up, scroll to the right-most screen. (Settings)

2A) Proceed to click on the section labled "System Settings"

3) Click on "Console"

4) Head down to "Language and Locale"

4A) Click on "Locale"

5) Lastly, select your location

If that does not seem to work you can also try to click on "Language" and select your preference.
