    they are not actually verified,the change their name to include verified.its almost a running meme at this point.

    It's nothing official. They just changed their real name on their Microsoft account to show that.

    There's no such thing as getting "verified".

    People do it because they think it makes them look special when it fact it will get you banned for staff impersonation which is taken very seriously.
