    i tried to create a bungie account linked to my xbox account but it fails and a pop up tells me 'We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates
    that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use' . how do i do that?

    Account reinstatement form is for accounts that doesn't have 2 steps verification, accounts that have 2 steps verification don't need it as those should be able to use the account verification method
