    Verification sms not working and I’m not the only one


    So I’m not the only one not receiving the “sms verification” code and its a clear problem Microsoft doesn’t give 2 f***s about if my Xbox gets damaged or lost or anything of the sort my profile is gone forever all the hours I’ve spent money etc but this isn't Microsoft’s problem is it I’m just curious how a multi billion dollar company still hasn’t fixed or even made an attempt to for the same ongoing problem for more than 8 yes 8 years I’ve spent more than a couple months trying to recover my alt acc an in the process discovering more than thousands of ppl with the exact same problem an yet Microsoft sits around and dose nothing thumbs in their as like you’d think after so long the acc recovery system would change or maybe they’d fix the sms problem but the more I put it into perspective ms is on a rspid decline customer service is automated the only humans you can get ahold of are just mindless slaves that redirects you to the same frustration of runarounds that isn’t at all helpful just a waste you can’t download anything 3rd party from your Xbox it just gets better I see why ppl like PlayStation you at least aren’t getting scammed

    I'm so sorry for what you're going through, Sign in to the Advanced Security Options page of your Microsoft account. Expand the verification option and select Remove.

    If that option does not work, I recommend checking your spam folder, the code may arrive.

    Microsoft Account asking for verification code, I don’t know where to get it.

    usually verification codes are sent through email or sms. if you can't find it contact support.

    Log into your account and verify the contact information to make sure the code is going to the correct number.

    I have the same problem. I had bought in game items before via mobile. But now its asking for a verification code which was sent to my mobile which i never received. And there is no option to receive the verification code on any email. Its not the mobile
    operators problem too. Please fix it and help me out here
