    I know my microsoft(xbox) email and password but when I try to sign in, it asks me to verify the account.

    I am trying to verify my old account but the only options are verify through an email address or with the form. The email address associated with it is inaccessible. I've tried calling their help service but they say that the only way is to answer the associated
    security questions which I do not know the answer to. I've done the verification form probably 8 times now and each time it is denied, even after inputting my console ID.

    I have tried going through the virtual agent to no avail. I tried to contact a representative but the option is unavailable when I say my problem is with an Account after clicking on Contact Us.

    All I want to do is play games that I have purchased in the past on my Xbox 360. There has to be another method of verifying my account. I would love to talk to an actual representative about this. Please and thank you.

    Strange situation with trying to retrieve account, no help from MS

    The main problem is he gets the error "we believe someone is using your account, contact support." This is the problem as he doesn't have access to his old email or the old phone number to get verification.

    If you atleast know the email there should be a possibility of sending a phone # verification to reset the password to old email and/or xbox account. This has worked for me in the past.
