Verification E-mail is absent

Hi everyone,

I wanted to sign in and download a game through microsoft store but when I try to sign in a popup comes saying it will send a verification code. I click send code but mail never comes to my mail. I tried to sign in xbox and microsoft store but it didn't work. It's fine on browser. And unfortunately there isn't any other sign option that is use for me at the moment.

First check your spam or junk folder to make sure it wasn’t filtered. If it’s not there, try resetting the Microsoft Store app:

1. Press Windows key + R

2. Type wsreset and press Enter

3. Let the Store reopen automatically

They would still have the previous e-mail on file. Besides that, the e-mail is not the only verification that your friend can use. The payment option on file is but one of the other verifications that could be used.

Have you looked in your Spam/Junk Mail folder for your email sometimes those emails end up there?

Also if you were able to create an account. It will want you to have that e-mail verified. So you'll need to check that e-mail and click the verification link.

Unfortunately, yes, that is the case. Please make sure that you've verified the e-mail (the 30 day count down starts from when you click the verification link in the e-mail).
