Verification code for Minecraft. No code is sent

A few things to include for clarity,

• What code are you not getting? The two-factor authentication code?
• Are you getting the code sent to your phone or e-mail?

Unfortunately, these emails seem to give a lot of us problems. It's like you have to try at random times in order for the email to go through.

If you needed to update some items right away, you could still do so with the help of a Billing Agent by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX

A few months ago I once tried to update my info, went to the billing site, was told to check my email for a code but I never got one.

One week later I get the email but it looks like the code is no longer valid.

It's odd because 2 days ago I went to the billing site again and I got the email right away.
