If your console gets stolen, you must report this theft to the police, and change your account password (to prevent unauthorized transactions).

PSA: Another account stealer on the loose

Don't worry I'm not going to claim I was "hacked". My account is fine and has not been compromised. However, an acquaintence on TrueAchievements.com has had his account stolen due to failure to follow rule #1: NEVER, EVER give your account info (email/password)
to ANYONE.

The offender that stole his account, without "naming and shaming", offered to help people unlock achievements on Guitar Hero: Metallica.

If you're an achievement hunter and can't unlock an achievement on your own, deal with it and move on. Don't give out your account info, EVER.

i dont have an Xbox in front of me right now so im just going with my memory here.. On your account, try going to the Family Center on the dashboard, which is all the way to the right, and then go to your son's account, and you should be able to see and
probably manage his subscriptions. Hopefully im right!

Yes, as far as RiddlingPath44 is concerned you would need an XBOX Live Gold membership in order to play on XBOX Live.

For K0mrad3 Dutch, can you please check your XBOX 360's Storage Device to make sure that you don't have any sort of corrupt files for Battlefield 3 or a corrupt profile?

You can do this by going to the Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Battlefield 3 > Look for any sort of content that has a
( ! ) next to it. If you find anything that has that symbol, please press A and delete that content.

If it doesn't have the ( ! ) next to anything in relation to Battlefield 3, try to clear your
XBOX 360's System cache and try to
delete and download your profile and see if that works at all.

Try those steps out and reply back.
