Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to play your backward compatible games. I can totally understand how this issue could perplex anyone. This could be resulting from your console needing a necessary update to run these games. As such,
I suggest trying what we call a soft factory reset of the console.

I would then try to do this thing we call a soft reset. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step
for most issues.

Follow the steps here on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One,
select the option denoted Reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue.

Ich hätte mal eine Frage und zwar bleiben diese spiele die kostenlos dann zu runterladen sind für immer kostenlos auf der Konsole aktiviert?

also ich habe level 1 abgeschlossen (auf der xbox meines Freundes) den speicherstand in die Cloud geladen und dann auf meine xbox runtergeladen, forza horizon rein und KEINEN erfolg bekommen.....muss ich bis level 1 auf meiner Xbox spielen oder warum geht
das nicht?!?

wieso kann ich kein battelfield 4 premium mit mein guthaben kaufen habe über 60 euro drauf aber mann verlangt immer nur kreditkarte daten die es aber nicht geben wird rede jetzt von xbox one früher bei der xbox360 konnte mann wenigstens mit x auf points
