Verbally Abused during a game then suspended for saying something back?

i was in a game of wwe 2k17 and was being trash talked and verbally abused but i ignored it. then at the end he scored a cheap win so i sent him a message saying 'pu**y' and i get banned for it? and nothing will happen to him

got suspended for no reason

I originally got suspended 2 days ago for sending a nasty message or 4 to a kid who was calling me a N***** in game chat. I feel like that's wrong because i was the one verbally abused in game chat. Then, I received a second suspension today cutting off
multiplayer so i immediately contacted support. He told to go to the enforcement team page and it said i was "threatening" and "harassing" players. So I told him that wasn't possible because i was already suspended and couldn't send any messages to anybody,
so he says its because i reported the kid too many times..... Really? I got verbally harassed and i get suspended once for defending myself in a message and a second time for reporting the racist moron. I was told to come here if i failed the questionnaire
so here I am. It would be nice if someone could help me out asap

Bullies

Hey everyone!

Bit bummed out I made a second gamertag to avoid certain players who report people for modding...... meaning if your better than them at battlefield they report you. I was verbally abused and when I abused them back I found my account has been suspended
for xbox 360. I can put names up of these people who get all there friends to report individuals for being better at a game than them but I won't. Has anyone else had issues with this crap before?I'm almost at the point of leaving xbox live if bullies can
go on getting away with this.

Feedback would be appreciated

If you filed a complaint on him, the enforcement team will investigate him and probably issue a suspension too.

see thats the whole thing i only would say someone is cheating not hate speech , verbal abuse ,or profanity it seems when i start doing real good on a game and /or renew my gold account they decide to suspend me i would like to see what i said
to be suspended i have a right t o know . but they wont let me know what isaid or did so wrong to suspend me

Nice trolling, what im saying is COD has turned into a game filled with a section of players who hurl verbal abuse at others, you are basically a great example, with the abuse you just gave, bravo.
