Verbal Stalking and Harassment and Microsoft won't let me email evidence

I have been verbally abused and harassed everyday for a month now. I report messages and gamer tags, but nothing is done about it. I have text messages and pictures on my phone. How do I send those via email to Microsoft itself to get this resolved. X box
does not seem to care about the dismay and trouble it is causing me. I have spent over 7 months on this game and every time I sign in the abuse is immediate. Please I want SOMEONE to listen to me and I need to know how to turn them into Microsoft itself Not
Just Xbox because that's now working at all. They deserve to have their accounts completely shut down! When someone tells you to go kill yourself and xbox does NOTHING it's very disappointing! I am called terrible names daily, but love mg game. Please help
me!

Major Harassment and Stalking

Earlier this week I reported several players cheating and booting on The Elder Scrolls Online and now, in retaliation, those players have been viciously harassing, abusing, and stalking both me and my boyfriend who also plays. We have blocked them and reported
them for this behavior but some users have multiple accounts they are using to continue the abuse. Some users have gone as far to Facebook and Twitter to continue the harassment and abuse. We have been threatened so both on xbox live and social media. These
users have also gone to highly populated areas of the game and used the text chat feature to spread personal and private information about us. Since they are blocked, we can't see what they say they saw, but everyone else can and due to this abuse, I have
received even more threatening messages. It's gotten to the point where I fear for my safety and my boyfriends. Neither of us can play The Elder Scrolls Online because they stalk us and continue to harass and abuse us and share our information.

As the behavior of the person you described falls on this pattern for your own security and the security of other people I suggest you to contact the local authorities and denounce such behavior as soon as possible!

 

Filing a complaint via the console is the only way to report a person to the enforcement team. There is no way to email them directly.

 

As smwutches said, report them from your xbox.

There is no other way to do it.

 

Just to add,the enforcement team will not accept any evidence you have as they have access to everything they need.

Report & block anyone harassing you over xbox live.Remember any report filed has to be investigated which takes time & the enforcement team get thousands of reports every day.

You can also set communications to friends only if needed.

 

yes I have them reported and blocked. Problem is thus was said over game chat. The actual messages they sent didn't call me those awful names and the game chat did. I have pics on my phone, and pics of them abusing other players as well, one of which I know
is like 12 poor kid, he stood up for himself but he is in my book a child and shouldn't be treated that way by an adult. These 3 people are a complete menace and unless you report a threatening MESSAGE they don't do much

 

Trust me,it doesn't matter if it was said in game chat,if you report them they will be dealt with.
