    Verbal Harassment Incident


    I was playing Rainbow Six Siege and I made a mistake in game, so one of the characters on my team, team killed me purposely and then sent me a message saying “eat my a**” I then reported him which then I found out got him communication banned. His friends
    invited me to a party saying that I got him communication banned and said they were all going to report me so they can get me banned. Then they continued to harass me which led me to video record the whole incident and one of their friends said “go watch child
    pornography, get the f*** out of here” then removed me from the party. It’s not often that I see action being taken for incidents over voice chat so i wanted to make sure proper action is taken. I have definitive proof of this taking place and I expect to
    see Xbox enforce their policies.

    Apparently I was suspended? It says for verbal harassment in which I don’t recall doing? Can anyone help me with this? I need to know how long i’m suspended for

    Why was i banned? banned for verbal harassment or what ever ALL I DID WAS SAY GO AWAY to someone who wouldn't stop ramming me on forza horizon 3 and i GET THE BAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your just thick in the head xbox. and if you say verbal harrasmant
    or communication you just dont know what to say

    Even if it's not via telephone, it's still invasion of privacy and could lead to the same criminal and civil liability under federal and state wiretapping statutes so I think it's pretty unlikely.

    Just because all chats are recorded, doesnt say HOW LONG they keep the recordings. No one is going to file a report on someone for in game chat they had in a match 2 years ago.

    .

    The vast majority of reports made because of in game chat happen within an hour or two of the incident. So MS doesnt really need to keep the chats on record (except for those flagged by the report system) for even a moderate amount of time.

    Also, if this person is causing you issues, trying to add him is the last thing you wish to do.

    I've you do know him outside of xbox, and he is causing you trouble in life as well, then that is an issue beyond xbox juridstiction (yes, well aware I can't spell the word)
