I recommend you get in touch with Xbox support if you've followed all the steps mentioned above. It is possible that your device needs to be looked at for repair

The reality of it may suck, but you need to get the console serviced. When stuff like that happens it tends to really be the only thing you can do.

I've had overheating issues lately too, similar to yours. You just gotta stick to doing the officially recommended things, man.

No two consoles are the same. Each one has its own life span and weaknessess. If you are within warranty send it to Microsoft to be repaired if outside of warranty you may need to look into saving your money to have it fixed for a fee.

And if you read my complaint then you would know that's the bit I'm complaining about. Products have to be fit for intended use with a reasonable life span. 18 months is not reasonable to have to replace one of these. It hasn't broke, something has
failed inside, I cant check what that is without breaking the non existent warranty myself, at which point they would wash their hands in any event. My only choice is to pay more for a repair than a new unit costs which is both disproportionate and unfair
when the expected longevity for a unit is between 3 and 5 years of general use.

I'm not paying 188 for a repair that wasnt caused by me :-( only to recieve a reconditioned unit. I can buy a new one for that... If the parts fail through technology you should fix the issue. My issue is not that it failed but that you want to charge
anything to fix it at all if they failed through no fault of my own.
