Hello if you get that message then it means you have a ventilation issue. Take an air can and blow out all the vents on the console. Also remember to do the vents on the power brick as well. Dust builds up and will keep your console from functioning right.

Have a look and see if there is a dust build up inside the vents. Have you moved it anywhere different? I'm not sure an update will cause it to overheat, but maybe someone can correct me on that.

I'm sure it's a ventilation issue. But it could be given not by dust, it could be given by an update. Right after update, I didn't hear the ventilation anymore. And I dust it often and no, I didn't move it.
