    Hi everyone, since last night I been crazy triying to get back my XBOX ACCOUNT, the problem is that the console that I been using used to belong to someone else, so basically I was about to play online last night buy aparently my "GOLD MEMBERSHIP was past
    due", so I decide to pay for another month $9.99, so added another payment mode and went though, but I still cannot conect online mode......

    So I asked for help in the CHAT support, and an embassador told me that there was a problem with my "SHYC Account", so I have to erase my account from the console and ADD again............ SO I DID!, but after restart the Xbox asked me for my account or
    e-mail,phone, etc.... once I write my e-mail after my password from Microsoft, I supposed to get back my account but NO!, It was a completly diferent and empty account!, I don't know what have happened here, even my gamer tag is not the same....

    I hope someone can help me out, I appreciate...... (I dont want to lost all my information including my payment info)

    I can't get my account back because I reset my xbox but not deleting my games. How do I get my account back?

    Hey there Eagle! If you do not remember the Microsoft Account and password or the security questions, you would need to
    contact us directly and an agent can assist you from there. If you are unable to provide satisfactory information there to get your account back, there would be nothing further we can do here

    Since your account was past due you will need to contact support directly to have them work with you to resolve the issue. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    While you are working with them on the past due situation then you should also work with them on recovering your old account.

    hi evryone when i was playing follout4 something happend to my xbox one it just reset it self and and i started to do it all again a try 100 time to get my accaount and it did not work and i have payed 39.99£for 12 moths and i dont what to do plaese someone
