Buenas,

Consulta el día de hoy mi xbox one al comprobar la velocidad de red y estadísticas, me dice que mi velocidad de descarga es de 5mbps cuando normalmente siempre he tenido entre 80 a 90 mbps, quisiera saber si alguien sabe como solucionar este error

ya comprobé mi velocidad en mi pc y es de 90mbps, así que no es el Internet

Hey there SadnesTenchi996,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully help increase your download speed. I can totally understand how this could be pretty puzzling. There are a couple of things that could be affecting your download speed.

If the previously posted troubleshooting steps have not helped, then maybe try going to Settings> Devices and
Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate
MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

But if that doesn't work, try resetting your router after having the console unplugged.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with getting accurate reading from your network tests on your console.

Are you having trouble connecting to multiplayer matches or connecting to parties?

When you test your multiplayer connection, do you receive any errors? It is likely that those results may not necessarily be completely accurate.

I would recommend testing your multiplayer connection and if you receive any error codes, I would encourage that you use the

Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution wizard and see if this helps with resolving those error codes.

You can test your connection using these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test multiplayer connection

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you.

desde una pc haz un test de velocidad de internet, hay varias paginas free para hacerlo ahí te dirán cuanto tienes de descarga y de subida, una pregunta tu consola esta conectada vía ethernet o wifi, ademas de algún otro dispositivo presenta ese problema?
