What edition of the game did you buy? Did you get "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition"?

I did some searching through the Microsoft Store and all I could find were two language packs for Polish and French, but that is what is available in the U.S. Microsoft Store but they may have a Russian Language pack in your region. What I noticed is that
it doesn't say in the description what language the pack is for but rather has the country abbreviation and the flag on the cover to signify what the language pack is for. Here are the links of the language packs I found for reference:

Can you kindly provide the link to the language pack that you purchased so I can take a look if it indeed is the Russian language pack?

Вообще язык в самой игре в настройках меняется, я помню парился как на английский переключить , хотел разнообразия)

Языковой пакет только польский есть, с русскими субтитрами. усский должен быть по умолчанию по языковым настройкам консоли определяться.
