Vbucks

Hi my friends 8 year old grandson purchased vbucks on fortnite with her bank card. Microsoft have issued a refund it's gone back into her bank account but the vbucks are still showing on the account. She's concerned that if he spends them she will be recharged
and hes desperate to play on his xbox but she wont let him tell she knows what's happening with the vbucks
