    I just bought vbucks on the microsoft store on my pc with a xbox gift card, but it was linked to the wrong epic games account so I unlinked it from that and linked it to my main epic games account. The vbucks never appeared on either account. It is definitely
    in my purchase history, I checked. I am afraid I lost the vbucks because I unlinked the epic account they were originally on. Currently my xbl is linked to my main epic account, but when I bought the vbucks it was linked to my other epic account. I don't know
    if I have to wait or if I won't get them ever, because I only bought them because of today's item shop.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. If they do not show up within 24 hours. You will need to reach out to Epic games since you have swapped accounts.

    I contacted epic support and they told me that the purchase never reached them, and I needed to contact xbox support again. I have effectively completely lost my $25 for three days now. I do not have an xbox which is what the microsoft store expects.

    you would need to start fortnite on the xbox console for it to update online as buying vbucks through the microsoft store is for the xbox side of it, once the game staqrts on an xbox console and you log in then it should show the credits then they should
    be available on the pc side too.

    if you wanted vbucks on the pc you should have done it through the epic store.
