I am reaching out for a friend. She purchased a vbucks card at target, went to epic games to redeem it, received the email stating the vbucks have been added to her wallet. The balance says zero. She goes under transaction history and the card is there however there is no secondary code (not sure if that matters.) She logs into his Xbox fortnite account and the vbucks are not there. We always went ahead and made sure she selected the correct console and she did. Can you please help us, thanks.
