    My son has a Vbucks card we want to redeem on his xbox account so he can use it in Fortnite. I have been unable to create an account in Epic to redeem these bucks because it says the Display Name is already taken. I contacted Epic help and they were none.
    I was told I have to, "make sure to be using an email and display name that are not already in use under any epic account." Really? If I knew who had connected the Display Name I wouldn't need there help. Anyway to redeem without using epic? Never accepting
    one of these cards again...

    did you go back to the xbox shop to buy or go into fortnite and decide to buy it in the shop that may be your problem

    I’m very sorry to hear that you are having issues with redeeming your V-Bucks Card. I searched for several results on whether you could complete this action without an Epic Games Account, and I am once again sorry to say that you must create an account.
    You were saying that your desired Display Name has already been taken. Since somebody has already chosen that name, we recommend that you simply choose a different Display Name until you find one that has not been taken. You could even try to find a Display
    Name that is similar to the desired name. I’m sorry that you aren’t able to choose your preferred name, but that should be your only obstacle to redeeming your V-Bucks Card.

    I'm so sorry for what you're going through, Hover over your name in the top right corner and click on V Coin Card. Click Let's Get Started to start the redemption process. Carefully scrape the cover behind the V-coin card so as not to damage it, and enter the PIN code without scratches.

    • If you don't mind, could you check if the redemption of your 3 V-Bucks secondary codes is visible on your account's Order History? Considering you received confirmation emails for these orders it's likely that's the case, but it would be best to be sure.

    You can find your Order History at: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If you can see the V-Bucks on your Order History, it means the redemption of your codes was successful.

    • To clarify, are you launching Fortnite on an Xbox Console? If so, could you make sure the Gamertag and Gamerpic on the profile you are using are the same as the ones you see in the top-right corner when you go to [ https://account.microsoft.com/profile/ ] and click on "Xbox Profile"?

    my question is where do I find....Alternatively, you may find your secondary redemption code in your transaction history page.??

    I perches the card at the local store ....and when I try to put the vbucks code it tells me Alternatively, you may find your secondary redemption code in your transaction history page.? Witch I wrote down the Microsoft code and I en up refreshing the page it wount let me go back to dabble check and so when I try to do the vbucks code it won't let me anymore
