    I purchased vbucks with my microsoft account and its available in order history but not added to epicgames account . btw Im using PC

    vbucks are added to the account that purchased them via xbox, this will sync to your epic account once you load fortnite up on console.

    For checking purpose I bought 2 skin pack with $30. Those skin pack added but not the vbucks. So I don't think it's device issue at all. Epic games customer support told me to contact Microsoft. What should I do now!

    Since Epic Games support did not help you, I think the refund - purchase again option is the best route here.
