    Hi,

    I would like to purchase vbucks and have a code sent to my email address, I don't own the Xbox or fortnite it's my son who has this.

    I don't want him to know the vbucks are purchased as it would a Christmas present he could activate on Christmas day by logging into fortnite and putting in a code.

    Is it possible for me to to purchase the 13,500 vbucks and have a code sent to my email address (where my son will not see this and the bucks will not be added to his account ore Christmas) then on Christmas day we can go to his xbox, I get the code from
    my email address via my phone and we activate the code on fortnite by inputting the code on his xbox?

    Please could you help and support by advising if this is possible remembering it would be a surprise for him and he should not know until Christmas day?

    Hi EricPaulZ,

    Currently purchased Vbucks do not transfer to other platforms.

    For example you can not use the Vbucks on PC if you purchased them on Xbox.

    However, the in game items you spend your Vbucks on DO transfer.

    • Vbucks CAN NOT be transferred to any other platform than the one you purchased them on.
    • Vbucks earned from the Battlepass DO transfer.
    • Vbucks earned from Save the World DO transfer.
    • Items purchased with Vbucks DO transfer.

    In a nut shell, Vbucks that you Purchase CAN NOT be transferred. Vbucks that you Earn CAN be transferred.
