Vbucks not showing up

According to the following Epic Games article, "If you purchased V-Bucks through the Microsoft or PlayStation Store, you must log in to Fortnite on the relevant platform to receive them before accessing them on all other shared wallet platforms."

May I know if vbucks are available when you open Fortnite through cloud gaming, or do they not appear there as well?

It will show the purchase amount that was used on the account.

The VBucks should show up under the allowed account.

Hi there Paritosh welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. When did this purchase was made? Some add-ons can take up to 72 hours to show up! But I recommend the following:

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

thank u for replying christopher but for me it's been a year now and also i play on pc but i have connected my xbox account to epicgames account so i should recieve vbucks but i had purchased vbucks on 3august2020 but i haven't recieved them yet

Say if my friend purchases the vbucks now, does it usually show up in an instant??
