    Hi folks,

    I redeemed vbucks a couple of days ago via Microsoft account, I can see them in my Microsoft account but I can't see them on my epic game's account? Any suggestion?

    If vbucks don’t show up force quit and open the game again they should be added if they aren’t then send a support ticket to epic and they will try and fix it

    I redeemed a vbucks gift card on the wrong Microsoft account. Is there any way to transfer the vbucks?

    I did link them to the correct Epic Games account but since the Microsoft account on the XBOX is different the Vbucks aren't showing. Does that make sense and sound right?
