    VBucks not credited


    Hi,

    I raised a query on the 31st Dec however the answer I received did not help.

    We bought VBucks and we confirmed with the bank that the funds went through and that we need to contact Microsoft directly. The VBucks are not credited to my son's account.

    We can't do the refund because the purchase does not show under the order history. What do we do now.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions on Microsoft are added to our order history in real-time. If it's not showing from there please check other Microsoft account where the v-bucks may be purchased.

    If there is no other Microsoft account and the order for the transaction is not showing up it means that the transaction is not successful.

    How did you redeem the Vbucks? Did you buy them with a credit card or did you use a Vbucks card?

    I suggest you try redeeming the code again and check your order history again if the Vbucks aren't added, if the code you redeemed doesn't work anymore, contact Microsoft or Epic Games depending on how you paid. If you used an Xbox gift card or a credit
    card or Paypal, contact Microsoft support. If you used a Vbucks card, contact Epic.

    Money on my childs account unaccessable

    Did you gift your child some store credit and them purchase them vbuck in game on your childs account. This is how I did this with my kids.

    Basically give them some credit, and when they go to the store in the fortnite game, they can then select purchase vbucks, and then it will buy them with the credit you have put on there account.

    This has to be done ingame on the childs account though.
