Hello DonovanCarey, the code belongs to Epic or Microsoft, if it is from Epic it has 20 digits and has to be redeemed directly at Epic Games in your account, if you are from Microsoft you will have 25 digits and will have to redeem in your Microsoft account that you use to play Fortnite.

How did you redeem the Vbucks? Did you buy them with a credit card or did you use a Vbucks card?

I suggest you try redeeming the code again and check your order history again if the Vbucks aren't added, if the code you redeemed doesn't work anymore, contact Microsoft or Epic Games depending on how you paid. If you used an Xbox gift card or a credit
card or Paypal, contact Microsoft support. If you used a Vbucks card, contact Epic.

Maybe try redeeming the code if you find it and use it to buy the vbucks on the microsoft store.

So we went to game and spent sons birthday voucher to get the vbucks he picked up yhe £50 vbucks card which said £7500 vbucks on it so we cane home and put the code into the store which came up a £50 microsoft gift card but on the reciept from the shop
it says fornite 7500 vbucks
