Vbucks from xmas gift card not showing on Fortnite

Hi,

I purchased a Vbucks gift card and we redeemed it through my son’s Fortnite account on the Xbox. We got the second code to do this.

The order clearly shows on my Microsoft account but the Vbucks never showed up.

Xbox support and epic support say they can’t see it.

Microsoft will not even allow me to live chat or to call for support as it says it’s not an issue they can help with.

Does anyone know how to resolve or contact Microsoft, we have been trying since 26th Dec.
