    VBucks are not showing on my account

    I bought VBucks last night, I got my receipt back but the Vbucks are not showing on my account. I contacted Microsoft, restarted the system, waited overnight, removed my account and reinstalled it and nothing.

    I need my vbucks on my account

    I bought vbucks from the Microsoft store on my pc. I play fortnite on pc. I know why i did not get the vbucks it because my fortnite account is not linked with my Xbox account but could I get a code to redeem my 1000 vbucks since did spend money on them.

    Not sure if you solved the issue but it takes a few minutes for the vbucks to be transferred to your account. Best thing to do if you don't see them automatically is to restart the app so they have a chance to load.

    Currently purchased Vbucks do not transfer to other platforms.

    For example you can not use the Vbucks on PC if you purchased them on Xbox.

    However, the in game items you spend your Vbucks on DO transfer.

    • Vbucks CAN NOT be transferred to any other platform than the one you purchased them on.
    • Vbucks earned from the Battlepass DO transfer.
    • Vbucks earned from Save the World DO transfer.
    • Items purchased with Vbucks DO transfer.

    In a nut shell, Vbucks that you Purchase CAN NOT be transferred. Vbucks that you Earn CAN be transferred.

    Thanks for bring this to us, I would recommend that you reply back to the email that you received informing you
    on the decision of the refund department, so you can further dispute this there.

    If there was a purchase made but no item has been received please check that the item was purchased on the correct
    account, this can be verified by viewing the correct accounts order history. Here's an article on how to do so:
    View your Microsoft Store order history

    If the charge is there, then there could be an issue with the item being licensed to the account, do use the:
    Contact Usportal
    to get in touch with an agent for additional troubleshooting and to verify the purchase.

    Additionally it would be good to view the:
    Epic Games Forumsfor
    possible fixes or notices of issues like this one occurring on the developers side.
