VBucks Didn't generate (tried everything) u epic

I have tried this and epic stats this is microsoft responsibilty. It is aslso stated on epic site to contact apple sony or microsoft for problems with ingame purchases. Serveral microsoft reps i have spoken with have also said that is microsoft responsibilty
as they can see they were purchased but not in game. The problem is i have autism im nit very smart and kinda slow. Filling out everything and epic and microsoft playing the blame game is to much for me. Microsoft website also stats if refund vbucks they
will just take whatever epic will remove items purchased with vbucks. In my case nothing. I dont even have the vbucks and better proof have never even purchased a skin. So can tell i didnt use them or get them.

if you used the 1000 vbucks towards buying those skins then had a refund, those 1000 vbucks will be removed and refunded to you, epic will of course removed what you purchased with the 1000 vbucks, you would need to contact epic to sort it out as microsoft
only refunded, epic removed your stuff on the account.

no, it will add the vbucks to your microsoft account, to then ync them to your epic account you would need to load fortnite on xbox console or free via the cloud then the vbuck will appear on your epic account.
