Discus and support Vbucks bought on MS Store- cannot find it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, I bought vbucks card on Microsoft Store and now I am unable to trace the vbucks card or currency anywhere.     Vbucks bought on MS Store- cannot find it


    Hi,

    I bought vbucks card on Microsoft Store and now I am unable to trace the vbucks card or currency anywhere. I did check the for note account connected to the Microsoft account ans still nothing. The order history shows order went thru successfully.

    Hello @XDM Sapphire! I hope that you are doing well!

    Since the purchase when through successfully, I would recommend removing your account and add it back then check again. Before doing so, please be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

    After doing that, please make sure to sign in using the correct account which contains the game.

    Give it a try and let us know the results!

    Did you buy a card? Or did you buy Vbucks for your account? Since the card would give you a code to redeem in your account, and the Vbucks would arrive directly, both as long as you play the game on Xbox console

    When you purchase vbucks in the ms store, you need to login to fortnite on xbox to receive your vbucks

    As long as you have linked the account, yes you will find the purchased V bucks once you download the game!
