Vbucks being brought

That package for 10,000 + 3,500 Vbucks is 89.06 euros not 20. Did you purchase the right bundle? It looks like the 2,500 +300bonus Vbucks would be around 20 euros. Did you buy this from the Xbox store?

Also, if you brought the Founders pack for Save the World campaign it doesn't includes V-Bucks. It just gives you boosts, daily login items, llamas, banners, and Legendary heros depending on the bundle you brought.

So i got a 25$ giftcard so i went to the vbucks store and bought just 10$ worth of vbucks but i didnt get it but on my microsoft money i didnt have the 25$ i had 15$ but still didnt get vbucks and then it said something about the store being temporarily
disabled how do i get the 10$ worth of vbucks i didnt get back so that the 10 dollars i spent was for something instead of being a scam

I have just brought v bucks for my son and my Microsoft account but it's not bringing up a redeemable code - how long should I leave it? His xbox is not linked to my Microsoft account.

If you purchased the vbucks from the ingame store or from within the store on Xbox then the vbucks are automatically applied to the account that they were purchased from. You dont get a code.

So you completed the
form for the refund and the request was declined, correct? Did you reply to the e-mail you received to ask for more information or for them to reconsider?

There's a chance the reason for the denial is because of the content involved. VBucks are considered "consumable DLC" and may not be eligible for a refund since it is something that can't really be returned (it can be used up).

Thanks for coming to the forums. The only way to appeal a decision is to reply to the email stating you were denied for the refund. There are many things that are taken into account when the refund specialists get a request. If you previously had a refund
within the last year, that can affect the decision also. Unfortunately, none of us on the forums will be able to help with this except for just information.
