    I bought three 2800 Vbucks from Microsoft website and I only got the confirmation no code.

    What do I do to fix this? I just want the codes.

    Anything helps.

    Ok that worked and he says it shows he got 3 months of live and 1000 vbucks but he said he can't use the vbucks. How does he access that?

    Xbox Live Vbucks Promotion

    You do not get the vbucks straight away, you usually have to wait around 10 working days before a code is sent via xbox live message for the vbucks for you to redeem.

    Currently purchased Vbucks do not transfer to other platforms.

    For example you can not use the Vbucks on PC if you purchased them on Xbox.

    However, the in game items you spend your Vbucks on DO transfer.

    • Vbucks CAN NOT be transferred to any other platform than the one you purchased them on.
    • Vbucks earned from the Battlepass DO transfer.
    • Vbucks earned from Save the World DO transfer.
    • Items purchased with Vbucks DO transfer.

    In a nut shell, Vbucks that you Purchase CAN NOT be transferred. Vbucks that you Earn CAN be transferred.
