    Last month my husband said something to me about using the business card for purchasing v-bucks we do not use that card for any personal purchases it is used to transfer money to our personal account and to purchase materials , payroll and so on for our
    business. He asked if maybe one of the kids had done it , I asked them as well as looked at the account why they were in school, there were no added vbucks to their account only the 2800 that were purchased at gamestop for christmas and they were redeemed
    with a code and when we purchase any for them we only do 2800 at a time its a better deal but anyway I looked at my account and their were a total of 9 charges the same day for 1,000 vbucks 4 on the business card and 5 on our personal card so I contacted microsoft
    and then i requested a refund and removed the business card from the account as well as changed passwords and the 2FA. My 11 year old asked me if she could use her visa gift card she got for christmas to order vbucks so I went to look at the account and add
    her gift card and I notice there is another 6 charges for 1000 vbucks anuary 9th which it is the 8th currently, I asked her if she already bought them and how she did because she doesn't know the password , I look at the account and since the purchases were
    just made she should've had 6000 Vbucks if she made the purchase and she only had the 350 that she had had on there since last week. So if she had purchased them they should've been on her account or she would've had new content that she had purchased which
    she did not. SO again I changed passkeys, passwords on my email associated with that account and removed that card to which will effect our gold membership and our fortnite crew membership and now I cannot allow her to make any purchases until we can figure
    this out. Anyway to the point I wander if this is happening to anyone else and what else can I do to stop this I have changed passwords and passkeys again and obviously this is not helping does anyone have any other hellpful suggestions?

    So i got a 25$ giftcard so i went to the vbucks store and bought just 10$ worth of vbucks but i didnt get it but on my microsoft money i didnt have the 25$ i had 15$ but still didnt get vbucks and then it said something about the store being temporarily
    disabled how do i get the 10$ worth of vbucks i didnt get back so that the 10 dollars i spent was for something instead of being a scam

    Rule No. 1 is to never share any personal information with strangers (even if they promise free vbucks, GOLD, Gamepass). Also i would remove the gamertag because witch hunts are not allowed and it's just accusations at this point with no proof. If you
    really got scammed talk to MS support about it. DO NOT make chargebacks with anything or your account will be banned. Talk to MS and explain the situation.

    This is a great answer! More kids should be aware. Dont go to those websites they have you log in with your game info only to get your stuff.

    Also, when you see those youtube videos explaining how to get free vbucks, report them as scams. The more we help the better of a chance we have at stopping these scumbags. Pardon my french.

    Can I buy VBucks from Microsoft Store and get it to Fortnite PC?

    Hi EricPaulZ,

    Currently purchased Vbucks do not transfer to other platforms.

    For example you can not use the Vbucks on PC if you purchased them on Xbox.

    However, the in game items you spend your Vbucks on DO transfer.

    • Vbucks CAN NOT be transferred to any other platform than the one you purchased them on.
    • Vbucks earned from the Battlepass DO transfer.
    • Vbucks earned from Save the World DO transfer.
    • Items purchased with Vbucks DO transfer.

    In a nut shell, Vbucks that you Purchase CAN NOT be transferred. Vbucks that you Earn CAN be transferred.
