Discus and support Vault rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; hello I redeemed £12 of vault rewards and nothing has come through I was told to wait 96 hours I have and nothing has come through?     hello I redeemed £12 of vault rewards and nothing has come through I was told to wait 96 hours I have and nothing has come through? Any idea why?

    I have wanted to claim a 10,000 credits rewards from the vault for 1 week but it seem that the rewards are not updated often. How often the rewards program update the vault?

    Please Xbox Live Rewards bring back the 10.000 rewards points on " Vault " please !

    Vault rewards

    If it's been over 96 hours, the credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be deposited into your account for use by the following 15th or 30th of the month after.

    From the FAQ:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?



    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours.

    Since it has been less than 96 hours since that item became available in the vault, it is too soon to see them as pending.
