    Vault out of stock, and severely impacting loyal customers


    The fact people cannot get reasonable credits for the gems like 250 gems to $5 xbox credits is ridiculous. Not only that, but MS is destroying all the hard earned content that people cannot even spend before the June deadline. This seems like a legal issue,
    so much so I've seen 2 banks (First Tech & another) that tried to destroy rewards points switching to new programs, end up changing their stance to make a program to migrate earned rewards to the new system (value per gem, etc).

    Microsoft should seriously consider a migration plan lest there can be some serious implications.

    The only things that were worth it to me were the prepaid visa cards or Microsoft credits. But they have never come back in stock. And I've check the conversion, and we are getting absolutely effed. Completely effed. It's such crap, and they don't even care
    about their loyal customers.

    VIP Vault

    I used my gems on the Smite with Friends from the VIP vault and have yet to receive the email to be able to get them. That was the ONLY thing that was semi worth getting because everything else was out of stock. I ordered the back on 6/1. It is weird that
    digital items are all out of stock.....
