Vault now out of stock!

Been trying to claim 12 months xbox live from vault for a few days and been getting error message.

Posted on here and got reply saying now resolved but the item is now out of stock!

If this isn't going to be fixed can you advise on what the value of approximately 2300 gems will be converted to in the Microsoft Rewards program, by my reckoning it will be about 50GBP.

Congratulations, you now are in VIP Vault purgatory along with the rest of us. These geniuses restocked the vault on a weekend and did not tell anyone except through one freaking Twitter post. So of course, OUT OF STOCK~! by the time Monday rolls around.

Don't worry you are going to get a very generic comment from support and they will lock the thread. Pretty simple, they know they are screwing us over with this conversion and just don't care.

Exactly exactly I've gotten the same answer for this problem 10 to 15 times. It's clear they don't care about their customers
