Vault NEVER has anything in stock.

So I've been using Xbox Live Rewards for a very long time but was interested to find the VIP Gems section allowed you to trade your Gems for cool stuff and not just currency. However every single time i check to see what i can get, there isn't a single thing
in stock. The very few things actually in stock are rubbish. I have over 1000 gems and can only get some Paladins thing or War for the Planet of the Apes... REALLY!? Come on guys... get this sorted. There are xbox live 3 month DIGITAL codes that somehow are
out of stock... how is that even possible??

Also, while we are on the subject of this... one of the perks/challenges things is to have have Xbox live gold for 12 months straight and you get 400 gems... I've had Xbox live for 9 straight years. Why can't I claim this?

Hi there, I have 1104 MyVIP Gems but I can't claim anything because all of the good rewards are out of stock. When will the vault be restocked?

 

With Xbox live rewards ending will the myvip vault be refilled?
