Various problems with Xbox One X

Hello,

I have an Xbox One X since mid august and I have some problems :

First, the console will not always connect to the internet at each start because of some Xbox issues but when I look to see if there is problems with Xbox services, there is nothing wrong

Then, the game's synchronization will fail once or twice and work only at the second or third time

Finally, the most annoying, my account doesn' t stop to disconnect without me doing anything, it just disconnect right in the middle of a game.

How can I fix these problems ?

I already try a complete reboot but it doesn't work and I also try to delete my account from the console and then put it back but it doesn't work.

Thanks for the help HaloJolly, that's a good answer and I'll do that but that leaves the email problem unsolved. How do I change the email on an account?

Hi.

You would have to pay for a gamertag change for both accounts.

First the one you wanna delete so the name is free.

Then you can change the one you wanna use to the one you deleted.

• Are you connecting wireless or ethernet?

The console is connected with wireless network. I also look at the article but nothing helps me.

Sounds like the console would benefit from doing a

soft factory reset (While keeping games and apps) so everything gets updated at the same time. Go ahead and try it and let us know how it goes!

Finally, I don't reset the console because it seems like the problem is solve : the console is connected everytime I start it and there was one synchro on a game that work at the first time and now there is no more synchro on this game.

If the problem come up again, I do the soft reset and I post the result here.
