Various problems with xbone pad and Windows 10

I was trying to connect to Your chat app, but it doesn't seem to work ether. I cannot fill the required forms.

So. I've bought 2 xbone gamepads for my pc. I don't have a xbone nor xbox360. While using them on Windows 7 they worked perfectly fine. Afer upgrading to Windows 10 my problems have started. When I'm plugging both of them at once, only one works while the
other doesnt respond. I've contacted Microsoft support in that matter and i was told, that my gamepads have old firmware and i need to connect them to xbox one that is online for update. Since i dont owe xbone i find it outrageous to force me to do so because
those gamepads where advertized as 100% compatible with windows. I was told to send them for a warranty repair.

Meanwhile i've upgraded my PC for better FPS in video games i play on my gamepad and i was shocked to discover that my new GTX 980 ti cannot run certain games smoothly even on medium settings. That is where I've found out that when played on keyboard and
mouse i get beautiful 60 FPS. Only while using gamepad i cannot exceed 10 FPS. Funny thing is, when i switch USB ports i get to play normally for awhile.

So when i found myself replugging that stupid gamepad from one port to another while forcing my brother to play on keyboard (2nd gamepad doesnt work when 1st is plugged in) I've decided to send you one for repair. So i did, and afer almost an month I got
the message from Your service centre that they cannot update the firmware and they will replace my pad with a new one. Both My pads where like this since out of the box. How could thos help?

So, again im forced to contact Microsoft support in english which isnt my primary language to solve a problems that lead me to buy myself a new hardware and loose a significent amount of time.

My gamepad's serial number id 0298009984511 and it's application number is P505 - 201532. My Polish service told me to contact via Microsoft support. What can i do to fix my problems and just enjoy playing games the easy way like it sopposed to be.

Windows 10, support and release date

@ Ghostz Because XBOne is based on Windows 8 not 10.

You mean a update don't you tohell ? to make it compatible with Windows 10.

XBOne os was designed on Windows 8 hence the tiles look.

 

XBone controller not working

I paired my xbone controller with Windows 10 PC using the PC adapter. It was working fine on my PC.

I am trying to get the controller to work again with my xbone console but it doesn't connect.

I already disabled the windows 10 pc adapter and tried resyncing the controller to console wirelessly and with usb cable. Both seem to fail

Any ideas?

Ok. I've resolved the problem on my own. It's caused by ASUS's AI Suite 3. After uninstaling it began to work.

Sadly i was left alone to resolve this and i consider it a major blunder on M$ and ASUS side.
